“Pretty much everything I was looking for in an optometrist, plus a few things I never knew I wanted!

The staff all have that small-town-vibe level of super-friendliness that you usually only see at these local institutions that have been a part of the community since forever-and-a-half-ago.

Scheduling and payment with the front desk were super quick and easy.

As for features I never knew I wanted from a provider - normally the prescription process is frustratingly opaque (no pun intended). Dr. Vu, though, explained my prescription in a way that was extremely helpful and allowed me to understand why there had been some inconsistencies between what previous providers had prescribed me.

I've also been told by previous providers that I have an ongoing dry eyes problem. Unlike those providers, though, Dr. Vu was able to explain that problem in a way that helped me understand what was at root of the issue as well as how to resolve the problem.”
